James Ernest “Jimmy” Vandergriff, Jr. age 49 of Seymour fought the good fight of faith and won the victory on Saturday, March 25, 2017. He was a graduate of Holston High School and was employed with Post Trailer Repair. Preceded in death by: Mother, Lyn Vandergriff; Father-in-law & Mother-in-law, Rev. Charlie & Evelyn Ridner. Survivors include: Wife of 20 years, Traci Vandergriff; Daughter, Ashelyn Vandergriff; Father, Jim Vandergriff & wife Ann; Sister, Missy & Mike Smith; Brothers-in-law and Sisters-in-law, Brenda & Ellis Davis, Edward “Foxie” & Mary Parrot, Cathey Polnow, Debbie & Donnie Davis, and Jack & Becky Ridner; Nephew & Niece, Josh & Chelsea Edmonds; Great-Niece and Nephew, Summerlyn & Isaiah Edmonds.
