James T. Teffeteller

James Theodore Teffeteller of Louisville, died at his home on Wednesday, October 15, 2008. He was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church and was retired from ALCOA. He achieved the rank of Corporal in the U.S. Army and served in Germany during the Korean War. Preceded in death by parents Charles Theodore and Fama Lee Teffeteller and sister Bonnie Watson. Survivors include wife of 40 years, Peggy Teffeteller; daughters Deborah Lea Cavender, Jennifer Faye Dalton, Patricia Ann Selgrath; son Stuart James; sisters Wilma Baldwin, Mary Lou Teffeteller, Betty Delozier and brother-in-law Burl Watson; grandchildren Ashley and Alex Cavender; Lauren, Maggie and Bradford Teffeteller; Zachary and Nicholas Selgrath. Receiving friends will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, October 17, 2008 with a service immediately following at Beech Grove Baptist Church with Reverend Kenny Armstrong officiating and William Funk assisting. Family and friends will assemble at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 18, 2008 at Concord Masonic Cemetery for the interment.
