James E. Smallwood age 80 Lenoir City TN. Passed away on Saturday June 8, 2013 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was retired from IBEW Union 306 in Akron Ohio. Survivors include; Wife of 24 years Maxine Smallwood, Sons and daughter-in-laws, Duane and Katherine Smallwood, Joe and Robin Maran. Daughter and son-in-Law, Diana and Dennis Allen, Daughter Victoria Harberts, Deborah Patton, James is also survived by 4 brothers No services are planned at this time.
