James Stephen Headrick

James Stephen "Steve" Headrick age 58 of Maryville passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church. Steve loved and was loved by his church family, special friends and loving staff at Douglas Cooperative, team mates at Special Olympics, and the wonderful staff of nurses at Blount Memorial Hospital especially Dwayne and Sarah. Preceded in death by: Grandparents, Mary K. & Charles I. Headrick and Eliza & Mack Murphy. Survivors include: Loving parents, Charles & Louise Headrick; Brother, Ronald Headrick; Sister, Nancy Presley & her children, Christina & Matthew Presley; Aunts and Uncles, Mack & Mary Murphy of Maryville, Harold Clinton & Elizabeth Murphy of Florida, Clarence & Tay Murphy of Maryville, Wade Murphy of Maryville, Mabel Pendley of Maryville, Grady & Winona Wade of Maryville, Wade & Barbara Headrick of Georgia, Fred & Virginia Headrick of Maryville and Paul & Gail Headrick of Maryville; Special Cousins, Harry & Margaret Farmer and Buddy & Rita Parker. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Charles Parker and Rev. Gary Thomas officiating. Interment will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 6, 2007 at Grandview Cemetery.
