James Edward England age 71 of Maryville passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Parkwest Medical Center. Jim will be missed by family and friends. He was retired from IBEW Electrical Union. Jim served in the US Navy during Vietnam and received Vietnam Service Medal with 3 Bronze Stars. He was a member of Piney Level Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: Father, Fred England. Survivors, Mother, Lela Mae England; Wife of 45 years, Phyllis England; Daughters & Sons-in-law, Christy & Scott Kilby and Melissa & Noah Russell; Six Grandchildren; One Great-Grandchild; Sister & Brother-in-law, Charlotte & Wayne Lackey of GA; several nieces and nephews.
