Jack Lowery, Sr.

Jack Lowery Sr. age 93 formerly of Maryville, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2014 at James Haley VA Hospital in Tampa, FL. He was a member of First Church of God and First Baptist Church, West Palm Beach, FL. Jack was a Veteran of the United States Army during World War II serving in Germany. During his career as a Dairy Engineer, he oversaw construction of a Dairy Plant in Jetta, Saudi Arabia. Preceded in death by: Wife of 71 years, Jessie Thompson Lowery; Daughter, Jean Carleton; Son, Stephen Martin Lowery. Survivors include: Daughters & Son-in-law, Joyce & Bob Coley of W. Palm Beach, Jeanette Shoun of Washington State, and Ruth Kyte of Eureka, CA; Sons & Daughters-in-law, Robert & Bonnie Lowery of Sun City Center, FL and Jack & Anne Lowery of Maryville; 15 Grandchildren; 17 Great-Grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends also survive. Special thanks to Bonnie Lowery for her special care and attention for her father-in-law. Family and friends will assemble for graveside service and entombment at 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Grandview Mausoleum Chapel.
