Jack David Helton

Jack David Helton age 78 of Rockford passed away Sunday, August 15, 2010 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Ballard’s Chapel Baptist Church of Louisville. Survivors include his wife, Marie; son and daughter-in-law, Byron and Kaye Ward; son, Richard Ward; grandchildren, Ashley and husband John Steger, D.J. and Brandon Ward, Tammy Boudreau, Cathy Stalling; many friends and relatives. The funeral service will be at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at Ballard’s Chapel with Rev. Bill Freeman and Rev. John Whitehead officiating. The interment will follow at Ballard’s Chapel Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at Ballard’s Chapel.
