Irene G. Murrell

Irene G. Murrell age 89 of Rockford passed away Saturday, July 07, 2012 at Asbury Place of Maryville. She was a member of Central Point Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert Eugene Murrell; parents; and 10 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children, Jim and Glenda Murrell, Carolyn Murrell, Bobby and Elizabeth Murrell, Janie and Hillman Snyder, and Tony and Monika Murrell; 11 grandchildren, several great grandchildren; brother, David Arwood, Jr.; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 8, 2012 in the Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Charles Murrell officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Tennessee, Inc., 2270 Sutherland Ave, Ste 202, Knoxville, TN 37919 in memory of Irene.
