Ida Faye Goodson

Ida Faye (Poplin) Goodson age 80, went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 4, 2016. She was a longtime member of Edgewood Primitive Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: Husband, Charles (Buck) Goodson Sr.; Daughter, Judy McDonald; Granddaughter, Jennifer Ward; Mother & Father, Lena & Millard Poplin; Brothers, Leroy Poplin and J.D. Poplin; Son-in-law, Robert Roulette Sr. Survivors include: Children, Shirley Roulette, Mary (John) Ward, Wanda (Paul) Walker, Sandy Shipwash, Charles (Amy) Goodson Jr.; Grandchildren, John Ward Jr., Jason Ward, Rob Roulette, Randy Walker, Misty Pinson, Kelly Overholt, Tonya Cagle, Tiffany Carringer, Timothy Frye, Zack Goodson and Whitney Goodson; 15 Great-Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great-Grandson; Sisters, Alda Thompson, Linda Ogle, Kay White, Imogene Potter, Maxine Clowers, and DeAnna Baker; and a host of church family and friends. Family will receive friends from 1:00 until 3:00 PM, Sunday, August 7, 2016 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM with Rev. Tommy Boring, Rev. Arnold Whitehead, and Rev.
