Howard Eugene (Gene) Wilburn, Jr. age 71, of Maryville, TN passed into eternal life on Tuesday, February 18, 2014. Husband to his loving wife of 47 years, Judy Myers Wilburn and father to son, Travis Wilburn. Howard was a member of Old Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Veteran of the United States Army, and retired from Alcoa Aluminum Co. Preceded in death by: parents, Howard & Maudie Wilburn; sister, Pearl Keller; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Louise & Albert Myers and their infant, Patricia. Howard is survived by: wife, Judy; son, Travis; brothers, Jackie and Larry (Daisy) Wilburn; sisters, Helen Millsaps, Ada Jackson, Geraldine Rogers of Illinois, Shirley Ratledge, Patsy Belitz, and Susie Springer of Florida; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Brenda & Jack Bradley of Florida; nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
