Howard Norman Jeffries

Howard “Norman” Jeffries, age 74, of Maryville passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Norman was the owner and operator of National Fire Sprinkler, Inc. and was retired from the U.S. National Guard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Louise Jeffries; Survivors include his wife, Janice “Jay” Jeffries of Maryville; Daughter and son-in-law, Gina Jeffries and Darrell Crowe of Maryville; Brothers and sisters-in-law, Freddie and Barbara Jeffries, and Michael and Sandy Jeffries; Sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and John Abbott; sisters and brothers-in-law, Joy and Gordon Jones and Donna and Joe Huffstetler; Several nieces, nephews, and many special friends at Green Meadow Country Club. A Celebration of Norman’s Life will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 1, 2016 at the Smithview Pavilion & Event Center.
