Helen K. Rogers

Helen K. Rogers, age 84, of McDonough, Ga., died Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2009. She was born in Maryville to the late Roy and Pearl Brewer Keller. Mrs. Rogers was also preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Robert L. Rogers; brothers, Daniel Keller and Ershel Keller, and sister, Imagene Wheeler. Mrs. Rogers is survived by her son, Danny Rogers, McDonough, Ga.; granddaughters, Lori Jackson and Kim Schwendinger, both of McDonough, Ga; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Ollie Keller, Maryville; and sister, Jeanette Grinstead, Knoxville. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2009, at Smith West Chapel with Rev. Robert Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday, Jan. 17, 2009, from 12-1 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Broadway Baptist Church, 2329 E.
