Helen Minervino

Helen Minervino age 96 passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a resident of Maryville for the past 13 years. Previously residing in Florida and New Jersey, Helen was born in Newark, NJ on January 3, 1916 to John and Stella Granda. She lived a full life and enjoyed cooking and baking for her family. She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Enrico, 3 sisters, one brother, and a grandchild, Henry. Helen was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Survivors include daughters, Annette Synder (Hank) and Pat Herbrich (Vic); six grandchildren, MaryEllen, Rob, Hank, Mike and Jon Snyder and Chris Herbrich; 13 great-grandchildren; one sister. The family will receive friends at Our Lady of Fatima Church from 11:00 am �" 11:30 am Friday, January 27, 2012. Funeral Mass 11:30 am Friday at the church with Rev. Fr. Bill McNeeley officiating.
