Harold Gilbert King, Sr.

King, Harold Gilbert Sr.; age 77, of Maryville, died Saturday, January 3, 2009 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a longtime CPA, Real Estate Developer and was a U.S. Veteran serving in the Army National Guard. He is preceded in death by his parents, Marvin Eugene and Florence Crumley King; sisters, Carolyn Turner and Frances Cofer; brothers, Don, Jerry, and Rodney King. Survivors include his wife, Susan King; sons and daughters-in-law, Gil King of Maryville, Greg and Sheree King of Knoxville, and Scott and Cecilia King of Maryville; daughter and son-in-law, Heather King Smith and Jeff Smith of Decatur, GA; grandchildren, Julie and husband Kyle Harris, Matthew, Amy, Emily, Ben, Chandler, and Meagan King, Madelyn and Clara Smith; brothers and sisters-in-law, Gene and MaryAnna King, and Buster and Sandy King; several nieces and nephews also survive.
