Harold Emerson McClanahan age 70 of Friendsville passed away Friday, August 1, 2014 at Blount memorial Hospital. Preceded in death by his parents, Staley and Hazel McClanahan; sister, Phyllis Nicholson. Survivors include brothers, Marvin McClanahan, Loy McClanahan, Ronald McClanahan, Jerry McClanahan; sisters, Shirley Kelso, Elnora McClanahan, Ruth Gilliland, Martha Hardin; loving pet, Princess. Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 5, 2014 in the Smith Trinity Chapel with Elder Ellis Lynn and Elder Darrell Clabough officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at Marble Hill Cemetery for the interment.
