Harold Andrew (Andy) Coulter, Jr. 61, of Maryville, passed away peacefully December 8, 2011 at Asbury Healthcare Center. He was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, a graduate of Everett High School, Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, and retired on disability from Alcoa in 1994. Preceded in death by: Grandparents, Andy & Anna Coulter, Arthur & Neta Bogart; Stepbrother, Dustin Shamblin; Aunt, Edith B. Parker. Survivors include: Parents, Harold, Sr. & Pat Coulter; Mother, Agnes Bogart Coulter Lambert; Sister & Brother-in-law, Linda & Lynn Pace; Niece, Laurel Pace; Stepbrother & wife, Mike & Terri Shamblin; Nieces, Alyson Shamblin, Heather & husband Kyle Mitchell, Brittany & Charles Crouthers; Great-Nephew, Hunter Crouthers; Aunts, Eileen Lowe & June Daniels; Uncle & wife, Max & Betty Coulter; Aunt & husband, Willie & John Burnette; many cousins and friends. A special thanks to the staff at Asbury Place and Surgical ICU at Blount Memorial Hospital for all their care and support. Funeral service will be at 6:00 PM, Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Smith West Chapel with Rev. Raymond Burnett officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 2:00 PM, Sunday, December 11, 2011 at Logans Chapel Church Cemetery for the interment. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to: Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, 3508 Wildwood Road Maryville, Tennessee 37804. Friends may call at their convenience after 12:00 Noon, Saturday, December 10, 2011 at the funeral home.
