Glenn Allen

Glenn Allen age 86 of Maryville passed away Monday, June 18, 2018 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church and Sparkplug Sunday School Class. Glenn retired from East Kentucky Power Co. He was a Veteran of the Korean War serving in the US Army. He loved playing Blue Grass Music and fishing. Glenn enjoyed housing and watching Purple Martins. Preceded in death by: Parents, Arthur & Lola Allen; two brothers; two sisters. Survivors include: Wife of 66 years, Faye Allen; Sons, Randall Allen and Richard Allen (Valerie) all of Kentucky; Four Grandchildren; Six Great-Grandchildren; Brothers, Steve Allen and Dallas Allen. Family will receive friends from 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM, Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 12:30 PM with Dr. Charles Sullivan officiating.
