Glenda Lee Roberts

Glenda Roberts, 79, passed away peacefully into the arms of our Lord on October 13, surrounded by her loving family. Preceded in death by her mother, Reva Jo Murphy Parker, her father, Lester Eugene Parker, a WWII veteran, and brother, Dickie. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Tracy Nuchols and wife Michelle, Dee Heiskell and husband Todd, Ginni Beaty and husband Spencer, and Mary Beth Thomas and husband Brad. She will be greatly missed by siblings Buddy and wife Rita, and Debbie, as well as 17 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren with two more on the way, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Glenda’s personality and passion for life lit up a room. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and gardening. She selflessly dedicated her life to her loved ones and welcomed anyone into her home as family.

A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on Sunday, November 20, from 4:00 until 6:00 PM at Life Event Center, 1410 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville, TN 37803.  In lieu of flowers, we ask you to make a donation to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
