Gerald F. Brown

Gerald F. “Jerry�? Brown age 49 of Rockford passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville due to cancer and other major complications. Jerry had accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior. He graduated from Heritage High School in 1980 and immediately joined the United States Air Force serving until 1986. Preceded in death by: grandparents, Guynn and Fannie McGuire; uncle, Dean McGuire; nephew, Eric Charles Brown all of Maryville. Survivors include: mother, Betty JoAnn McGuire Brown of Rockford; brothers, Thomas “Fred�?, Raymond Charles, and James “Buzz�?, all of Maryville; son, Nathaniel G. Brown of the United States Air Force stationed in Utah; twin daughter and son, Ashley R. & Alexander G. Brown of Ten Mile, TN; uncles, Lloyd and Mike McGuire of Maryville, nieces and nephews; cousin, Lindy McGuire. Family will receive friends from 5:30 until 7:30 PM, Monday, November 21, 2011 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will follow with Rev. Danny Neal officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:30 AM, Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 2200 East Governor John Sevier Highway, Knoxville.
