Georgia E. Shepherd

Shepherd, Georgia E. age 88 of Maryville passed away, Thursday, August 24, 2006 at Colonial Hills Nursing Home. She was a member of Alcoa First United Methodist Church. She was a known self taught landscape artist. Preceded in death by: Husband, Emerson "Mickey" Shepherd; Parents, George and Dicie McCeldry; Brother, Elmer Myers. Survivors include: Daughter, Susan Shepherd of Maryville; Daughter and Son-in-law, Judith & Jerry Constable of Lenoir City; Grandchildren, Justin Bollinger and wife, Amy of Knoxville, Collin Bollinger and wife, Mandy of Maryville; great grandchildren, Caleb and Abigail Bollinger of Maryville; several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will assemble for graveside service and interment at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 26, 2006 at Grandview Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Joe Green officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 2200 Sutherland Avenue, Suite H102, Knoxville, TN 37919 in memory of Georgia.
