George W. Hilliam age 95 of Maryville passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Praise Temple Assembly of God. Preceded in death by: Wife, Mary Ida Hilliam; Sister, Annie Schofield. Survivors include: Nieces, Betty Johnston of Maryville, Jane Modrall of Tullahoma, Edith Woods of Greenback, Hazel Johnson of Clinton, Bonnie Jane Reeves of Birmingham, AL, and Frances Walker of Memphis, TN; Nephews, John Walker of Nashville and Buryle Davis of Maryville; Sister, Mary Mosley of Harrogate, England and Marjorie Monckton of Vancouver, Canada. Family and friends will assemble for graveside service and interment at 1:30 PM, Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Pleasant Grove Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Simmons officiating.
