Geneva A. Bennett

Geneva A. Bennett, age 77, of Maryville, TN passed away peacefully at home on May 31, 2024. She was born in Lafayette, IN in 1946 to Melvin Bennett and Geneva Prather. She was a professional truck driver and homemaker before retiring in the late 1990’s.  Geneva enjoyed painting, her family, and her chihuahua, Bandit. She was a loving mother of four, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Berry; sisters, Roxanne Jones, Kathleen Fields; mother, Geneva Prather; son-in-law, Troy Young.  She is survived by her children, Guy Berry (Christy), Tim E. Berry (Michelle), Crystal Young, and Rex Berry; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. She also has many nieces and nephews who were loved greatly. There will be a small family gathering at a later date.
