Gary J. Petersen

Gary J. Petersen passed away suddenly on October 22, 2018 in Maryville, TN. His parents, Lawrence and Myrtle Petersen, brother, Charlie Petersen; and mother-in-law, Christa Ravenscroft, preceded him in death. Survivors include: Cynthia, devoted wife of more than 36 years; children, Crystine McGlamery (Cory) and Niquitta Petersen; grandsons, Austin and Logan McGlamery; brother Larry Peterson; sister-in-law, Susan Jazwiecki (Dan); and nephew, Justin Ravenscroft (Rebecca). He leaves behind many dear friends including Buzz, Joy, Andrew and Steve. Gary was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be deeply missed by those who knew him. He loved spending time with his family but most enjoyed cheering on his grandsons during baseball and football games. He will be missed on the sidelines and missed in the stands.
