Fronie Mae Laxton

Fronie Mae Laxton, age 101 of Maryville, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Asbury Chestnut Building. Fronie was a member of East Maryville Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Tilmon Laxton; daughter, Wanda Phillips Long; mother, Ossie Daugherty; several brothers and sisters. Survived by daughter, Una Jean Teffeteller; grandchildren, Shane Phillips, Chris Teffeteller; great-grandsons, Jackson Phillips, Reese Phillips; special thanks to friends, Selda and Myra Kerley, Ben H. Long and Charlie Teffeteller. Special thanks to her neighbors, the Chaney’s for taking great care of her.
