Fred Lee Whitehead

Fred Lee Whitehead age 81 of Maryville passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He retired from U.S. Air Force and was a lifetime member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church. Fred loved old classic country and blue grass music. Preceded in death by: Parents, Oscar & Grace Whitehead; Brother, Lester Whitehead. Survivors include: Wife of 57 years, Freida Whitehead; Son & Daughter-in-law, Jeffrey & Vicki Whitehead; Daughter & Son-in-law, Lisa & Brent Russell; Grandchildren, Bryce & Cole Russell, Chloe & Hudson Warner, Grant, Trey, & Reid Whitehead. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 6:00 PM, Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Memorial service will follow at 6:00 PM with Rev. Raymond Burnett officiating.
