Fred C. “Cuz�? England age 93 of Maryville passed away Thursday, February 4, 2010 at the family home. He retired from Alcoa with 44 years of service and was a member of their 25-Year Club. Fred was a member of Piney Level Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: Parents, Mel England & Lily England Green; Brothers, Robert & Tom England; Sisters, Mabel White, Dorothy Powers; Half Brothers, Arlie & Frank Green; 4 Step Sisters and 5 Step Brothers. Survivors include: Wife of 69 years, Lela M. Parker England; Son & Daughter-in-law, James & Phyllis England; Daughter & Son-in-law, Charlotte & Wayne Lackey of Rome, GA; Grandchildren, Melissa & Noah Russell, Christy & Scott Kilby, Susan Hiott, Steven & Amy Lackey; Nine Great-Grandchildren; Brother & Sister-in-law, Raymond & Orena England; Half Brother, Ray Green; several nieces and nephews; Special friends, Pete, Hilda & Mark Presley and Phil & Debbie Dunn. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 7, 2010 at Smith West Chapel with Rev. George Macht officiating. Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery.
