Frances M. Duggan

Frances Marie Duggan went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 28, 2015. She will be sadly missed. She was an active member of Broadway Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Evan and Lily Cook; sister, Janice and brother, Ed. Survivors include her husband of 37 years, Kenneth Reed Duggan; children, Kathy Lane and husband Gene, David Duggan and wife Kari, and Phillip Duggan and wife Teresa; sisters and brothers, Wilma Buckner, Jimmy Cook, Connie Dyell, and Dwight Cook; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dwaine and Louise Duggan, Blanche Crowson, and Carolyn McCarter; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. We love you Mamaw Noonie! Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2015 in the Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Tony Collins and Rev. Jeremy Lane officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, 2014 at Carpenters Campground Cemetery for the interment. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
