Faith Crabtree Goins

Faith Crabtree Goins age 65 of Louisville passed away Thursday, December 31, 2015 at her home. She was a member of Cornerstone Fellowship Church. Faith was a very loving wife and mother. Preceded in death by her parents, Clint and Genrose Crabtree and her brother, Gary Crabtree. Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Charles Goins; son and daughter-in-law, Michael Daniel and Melanie Goins; brothers and sisters-in-law, Zane and Lourdes Crabtree, and Rance and Dianne Crabtree; sister and brother-in-law, Diane and Alvin Jacobs; several nieces and nephews. In accordance with her wishes to have a graveside service only, family and friends will assemble at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for the interment. Family will receive friends from 5:30p.m. until 7:00 p.m. , Monday, January 4, 2016 at Smith Trinity Chapel.
