Evelyn Elizabeth Whitehead age 83 of Maryville passed away at home on Tuesday, September 17, 2013. She was a member of Tuckaleechee Chapel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: Parents, Ben & Mamie Burchfield; Brother, Ed Burchfield; Sister, Betty Ridings; Husband, Lester Whitehead. Survivors include: Son & Daughter-in-law, Joe & Nancy Whitehead; Daughter & Son-in-law, Linda & Robert Garner; Grandchildren, Melody Stinnett & husband Rick, Laura Beth Brown & husband Stefan; Great Grandchildren, Lindsie (Bo) Gribble, Corie Beth Lockett, Christopher and Jodie Brown, Garrett Stinnett; Great-Great-Grandchildren, Carson & Kylie Gribble; Companion, Herold Whitehead.
