Eve Bess Cooper Miller

Eve (Bess) Cooper Miller, resident of Maryville, TN passed away at Blount Memorial Hospital on Thursday, July 6, 2023 gaining her eternal home in heaven.  She was a long-time member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.  She was a loving, kind, generous woman who was much loved.  She worked as a beautician until her retirement.  She loved playing the piano, spending time with family and friends, traveling (taking several trips to Europe), loving on her dogs and hosting parties and dinners.  She was preceded in death by:  loving parents, Beulah & Harvey Cooper; brothers, John T. & Max Leon Cooper; sister, Frances C. Teffeteller; daughter, Diane Buchanan Miller.  Survivors include:  husband, Charles R. Miller; daughter, Kathy (Richard) Folkman; son, John (Lynn) Buchanan; two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.  A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM, Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Hillcrest Baptist Church with Rev.
