Eula Louise Sharp age 92 of Maryville passed away Saturday, October 17, 2009. She loved quilting, baking, and homemaking and was very proud of her home. Eula ran a beauty shop in Eagleton Village for many years. She was a member of Broadway Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Leon Sharp; grandson, Mark Welch; brother, Austin Lowman; parents, John and Louisa Lowman. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Ron and June Welch of Maryville; grandchildren and spouses, Matt and Rene Welch, Mary and Jason Blaylock, and Tracy and Chris Boling all of Maryville; great grandchildren, Luke, Adam, Josh, Dixie, Sara, Susan, Natasha, Kaitrin, and Kenzie; 13 great-great grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, Coy and Lucille Lowman and Jay and Selma Lowman all of GA; several nieces and nephews; caregiver and friend, Bettie White of Knoxville; special friend, Pat Graves. Funeral service will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 20, 2009 in the Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Tony Collins officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for the interment. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Smith Funeral & Cremation Service.
