Eugene Joseph Crowley

Eugene Crowley, age 92 of Maryville Tn, formerly of Palmyra Va, and Cortlandt Manor, NY passed away peacefully of natural causes. Mr. Crowley was born April 3, 1923 to Finton and Sarah (Daniels) Crowley in NYC. As a child he grew up in Larchmont, NY. He graduated Mamaroneck High School in 1941. He served in WWII with The United States Army Air Corp serving with Indo-Burmese Theater. After the service, he attended Iona College majoring in Accounting. On June 24, 1950 he married Nancy Anthony in Larchmont NY. In 1961 he moved to Cortlandt Manor (Peekskill), NY where they raised their family. In 1989 he moved to Palmyra, Va where he enjoyed playing golf and playing cards with his friends. In 2013 he moved to Maryville, Tn. Mr. Crowley was predeceased by his wife, Nancy, his parents, his brothers: Vinnie, Joe, and Charlie, and his sisters Kay and Theresa. He is survived by his children Mark (Carol) Crowley, Brian (Brenda) Crowley, Jan (Thomas) Wells and Kelly (Garry) Garrison, 6 grandchildren (Erin, Catherine, Andrew, Jacklyn, Jordyn and Cady), 3 great grandchildren (Jordan, Caleb & Chloe) and his brother Edward Crowley.
