Esta Lee Rogers

Rogers, Esta Lee Riden Barker age 95 of Maryville passed away Thursday, November 2, 2006 at Colonial Hill Nursing Center. She graduated from McMinn County High School and attended Tennessee Wesleyan College. She was a lifelong member of St. John United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Leslie Barker and Cliff Rogers; grandchildren, Jennifer Barker and Nicholas Barker; daughter-in-law, Judy Fox Barker. Survivors include: daughter and son-in-law, Joan Barker and Ken Marmon of Maryville; son, Bill Barker of Sevierville; son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Connie Barker of Louisville; step-daughter, Barbara Rogers Dowdy of TX; five grandchildren, Christy Barker, Greg Marmon, Stephen Barker, Melanie Barker, and Jessica Barker; three step-grandchildren, Kenny Marmon, Steve and Lori Marmon, and Sam and Karen Marmon. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday, November 5, 2006 at Smith Mortuary. The body will lie in state from 9:30 until 10:00 am, Monday, November 6, 2006 at St. John United Methodist Church. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. The interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery. Smith Mortuary, Maryville, 983-1000.
