Ernest Koella Trotter, age 13, of Knoxville Tennessee passed away unexpectedly at Children's Hospital on Wednesday evening, March 29, 2017. Preceded in death by his grandfathers, Charles Earl Trotter, Jr. and Pat Wood; uncle, Ernest "Chip" Koella IV. He belongs to Sequoyah Hills Presbyterian Church, was a seventh grade student at Webb School of Knoxville, a member of Boy Scout Troop 757, Webb Middle school wrestling team. Always ready to flex his dimple in a smile, he used his extreme wit to delight those around him. An avid reader, honor student and all American boy, Ernest was an expert in fireworks, shooting, climbing trees, biking the neighborhood and trying impossible basketball shots. He also had a passion for anything his big brother did. He'll be sadly missed by his family, friends and teachers and all those that had the good fortune to know and love him.
