Elsie Osborne age 99 of Alcoa, TN went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Asbury Place of Maryville. She was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church. Survivors include: Son, Ted Osborne; Daughter, Phyllis Daniels. Family and friends will assemble for graveside service and inurnment at 3:00 PM, Saturday, July 19, 2014 at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA. Smith Funeral & Cremation Service, 865-983-1000.
