Elsie Osborne age 99 of Alcoa, TN went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Asbury Place of Maryville. She was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church. Survivors include: Son, Ted Osborne; Daughter, Phyllis Daniels.
