Elise Pauline Cable age 87 of Maryville passed away Wednesday, March 06, 2013 at home. Elsie loved everyone and all who met her loved her. Preceded in death by: Husband, Verlin Cable; Son, Michael Cable; Brothers, Harley, Tom, Willie & Jack Prince; Sisters, Effie, Rose, May, Vinnie; Grandson, Glenn Holland; Son-in-laws, Joe Holland, Olan Frith, Mark Turner, and Greg Cannon. Survivors include: Sons, Ronnie (Marilla) Cable, Tony (UnaV) Cable; Daughters, Debbie (Clyde) Hatcher, Gina Frith, Doris Thompson, Brenda Edington, Cyndi Cable, & Sharon Turner; 14 grandchildren, Denise Upton, Dwayne (Cindy) Cable, April Cable, Tara Thompson, LaDonna, Sherry Blackburn, Tisha Bryant, Anson Cable, Charles Buchanan, Jamie Cable, Josh Cannon, Brittany Hatcher, Taylor Hatcher, and Landon Turner; 12 great-grandchildren; Brother, Carl Prince of NC; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends; Special Nieces, Linda & Verda. Special thanks to her special caregiver Kym Lambert, Blount Hospice and Blount Co. Meals on Wheels. A special thanks to a good friend Johnny Jenkins. Thanks to all past aides and home health workers. Funeral service will be at 8:00 PM, Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Smith West Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Hepperly and David Jenkins officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 AM, Friday, March 8, 2013 at Calderwood Cemetery for the interment.
