Elmer T. Russell

Elmer Russell age 73 of Maryville passed away Monday, June 20, 2011 at UT Medical Center. Elmer retired from Alcoa Aluminum Co. in 1999 and was a member of their 25-Year Club. He loved to hunt, fish, and turtle hunt. Preceded in death by: Father, Jake Russell; Son, Rocky Russell, Brother, Earl Russell; Granddaughters, Gracie Russell and Asia Westall. Survivors include: Wife, Mary Russell; Mother, Mildred Russell; Son, Noah Russell & wife Melissa; Daughter, Penny Teffeteller; Beloved Brothers & Sisters-in-law, Harry & Mary Russell, Bill & Cookie Russell, Arvil & Carol Russell, Jerry & Joan Russell, and Martin & Margaret Russell; Beloved Sisters & Brother-in-law, Lillie Hatcher and Sandy & Johnny Teffeteller; Grandchildren, Nathaniel, Lucas, and William Russell, Megan Thomas, and Christy Watkins; Great Granddaughter, Kaytie Wallace; Great-Grandsons, Angel and Gabe; Special Brothers-in-law, James Teffeteller and Lonnie Teffeteller; Special Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law, Roy & Elizabeth Rogers; several nieces and nephews; Special Great Nieces and Nephew, Haylee, Ashlynn, and Hayden Richards. The family would to thank all the Betrayed Retirees who helped them so much. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Thursday, Jun 23, 2011 at Smith West Chapel with Rev. Rex Everett officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 10:00 AM, Friday, June 24, 2011 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
