Elizabeth McNealy

Elizabeth Louise McNealy, 79, beloved daughter of Charles Fagan and Mildred Whitcomb Fagan passed away peacefully on August. 10th. Born in Providence R.I., Betty was delighted to relocate to beautiful Townsend, TN with her husband Bill following residences in Beltsville, Maryland and Reston, Virginia. Betty happily called Townsend home for 14 years. She was an active member of St. Francis Catholic Parish. She was a proud and faithful volunteer at the Church and assisted there on a regular basis. Through this work with the church, Betty developed many close and meaningful friendships. Betty is preceded in death by her husband William McNealy, her son Christopher McNealy, her sister Isabel Fagan Greene and her brother Charles Fagan. She is survived by three sons, Michael, Brian and Timothy McNealy, as well as six grandchildren: Katie, Emma, Brendan, Erin, Ryan, and Maggie McNealy. Betty will be greatly missed by all those who loved her. A mass will be held in Betty's honor at St. Francis Catholic Church in Townsend on Friday August 14th at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made the Saint Francis Catholic Church Beautification Fund or the Petfinder.com Foundation.
