Elizabeth Kiles

Elizabeth Bonita Kiles a resident of Maryville, TN quietly left this earth on Sunday, May 19, 2013. Elizabeth was born in Loretta KY on January 27, 1911 to William and Mary Cambron. She attended St. Catherine's academy in Holy Cross, KY where she learned to play the violin. Later in life she taught herself to play the organ. Elizabeth's earliest memories include the parades at the end of World War I. She married Max Kiles in 1941. During World War II, she assembled parts for bombs at the campus of Tri State College in Angola, Indiana which she has earlier attended. She earned a degree from cosmetology school at the age of 50. Elizabeth had two sons, 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren. In her 102 years of life she touched and enriched so many peoples' lives. She will be missed by all.
