Eleanor Robbins Lambdin, age 90, passed away September 16, 2010. She was a member of Monte Vista Baptist Church. She was employed by ALCOA from 1945 to 1957 & Proffitts Department Store until 1964. She and her husband Midas moved to Australia in 1969 and lived there for seven years. They returned to Maryville in 1976. Preceded in death by: Husband of 49 years, Midas Lambdin; Parents, Harvey and Maude Robbins; Brother & Sister-in-law, Charlie & Eula Mae Robbins; Sister & Brother-in-law, Mary Lou & Roy McNeil; Brother-in-law, Pierce Louis Randleman. Survivors include: Brother, Clarence Robbins of Maryville; Sisters, Cordia Hatcher of Louisville and Ada Randleman of St. Louis, MO; Step Children, Donna Lambdin and Gerald & Debbie Lambdin; many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Jerry Mantooth and Rev. Bob Dalton officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 1:00 PM, Thursday, September 23, 2010 at Grandview Cemetery for the entombment.
