Eleanor M. Hodges

Eleanor Marie Bausis Hodges, age 90 of Maryville passed away peacefully Sunday, March 27, 2016 at home surrounded by her loving family. Eleanor was born in Minersville, PA, spent most of her young adult life in NJ. She enjoyed gardening, shopping, cooking and living life to its fullest with her family. She vacationed in Florida every year. Her Christmas cookies will be missed by her friends, neighbors, and family. She was very excited to know of a great-grandchild on the way. Lilly her pug was “her baby” and will be retiring in FL. She will be eternally missed. Preceded in death by: Parents, Paul & Veronica Bausis; Husband of 49 years, Robert Hodges. Survivors include: Children, Patricia & Barbara both of West Palm Beach, FL, Paul (Susan) of Maryville; Adopted Daughter, Peggy; Brother, Chester of Whiting, NJ; Three Grandchildren, Paul of Melbourne, FL, Nathan of Orlando, FL, and Kyle (Britney) of Maryville; Best Friend, Maxine Okoye. Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 12:00 Noon on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Smith West Chapel. Funeral service will be at 12:00 Noon with Dr. Morris Anderson officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 1:00 PM, Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Grandview Cemetery.
