Eleanor D. "Clarkie" Clark age 85 of Maryville passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at Asbury Place of Maryville. She was a member of Maryville First Baptist Church. She retired from Blount Memorial Hospital as an Emergency Room Nurse. Preceded in death by: Husband of 60 years, Selven "Sam" Clark; Parents, Raymond E. & Mildred Dickens; Brother, Ret. Col. Raymond E. Dickens Jr. Survivors include: Daughters, Shirley Bianco of Maryville, Linda Crocker of AL, and Bonnie Catron & husband Jim of Knoxville; Grandchildren, Joel Clark, Mark Bianco, Andrea Boles & husband Dewey, James Catron & wife Denise, Chris Catron & wife Carla, Julie Hughes & husband Paul; 9 Great-Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren; Brother, Ret. Lt. Com. Russell D. Dickens & wife Pauline of CA; several nieces and nephews; Special Brother-in-law, Harold Clark. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 15, 2008 at Grandview Cemetery for the graveside service and interment with Rev. Charles Ballard officiating.
