Eldora H. Lowe

Eldora H. Lowe, age 92 of Maryville, passed away Friday, February 14, 2020 at Asbury Place of Maryville. Mrs. Lowe graduated from high school at 16 then moved to Knoxville, living at the YWCA to attend Knoxville Business College. She was retired from Blount Memorial Hospital as a clerk in the medical records department and was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Autrey L. Lowe Sr.; parents, Sam and Beulah Howard; brothers, Ray, Wesley, and Cornell Howard; and sister, Alma Duck. Survivors include her son, Autrey L. Lowe Jr.; sister and brother-in-law, Laverne and Robert Newman; sisters-in-law, Carolyn, JoAnn, and Frances Howard; several nieces and nephews. The family and friends will assemble at 3:00pm on Monday, February 17, 2020 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for the graveside service and interment with Rev. Charles Ballard officiating.
