Edna Margaret King

Edna Margaret King age 75 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at Shannondale Nursing Home in Knoxville. She was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church and retired from Alcoa. She was preceded in death by her parents, William & Margaret Shamblin; sister-in-law, Judy Shamblin and brother-in-law, Alan Jordan. Survivors include her daughter & son-in-law, Leanne & Brian Fletcher; sons, David & Steven King; 2 grandchildren, Jeremy Renninger & wife, Danielle and Megan Breeden & husband, Travis; 3 great-grandchildren; Sister, Meredith Jordan; brothers, Crowder Shamblin & wife, Gerri, Vernon Shamblin and Carl Shamblin; several nieces & nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:30pm Friday, November 30, 2012 at Smith West Chapel. Funeral service 7:30 p.m. with Pastor Bob Lawson officiating. Entombment will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Grandview Mausoleum.
