Edie Mae Forsythe of Maryville passed away Monday, December 5, 2016 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by: son, Shawn Anthony Clanton; parents, T. Clarence Miller and Ada H. Miller; step-mother, Ruby H. Miller; brother-in-law, Charles Eddie Black. She is survived by: sons, Marty Clanton & Thomas Clanton (Christine); grandchildren, Drew & Christian Clanton; sisters, Marty Miller, Margaret Hembree (Hubert), and Darlene Black (Steve Cagle) all of Maryville; special niece, Liz Black Walker (Jeff) and son, Houston & Christopher Walker; nephews, Frank Morgan (Brenda), Joe Hembree (William), and Allan Hembree (Tiffany); many great nieces and nephews.
