Earl True, age 83 of Maryville, passed away Monday, February 28, 2022 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Earl was a member and a deacon of Allegheny Baptist Church. He worked at Vulcan Materials where he retired after 41 years. Earl loved to mow, enjoyed working outside, sitting on his porch swing, car races and his dog, Bozo. Preceded in death by his parents, Ebb and Lilly True; brother-in-law, Jack Tulloch. Survived by his wife of 64 years, Berna Lee True; sons and daughter-in-law, Randy and Peggy True, Mike True; daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Greg McCulloch; grandchildren, Gregory (Haley) McCulloch, Josh (Nikki) McCulloch, Randall True, Kelly True, Michael (Kayla) True; several great-grandchildren, sister, Betty Tulloch; special friend and porch buddy, David Joziak; along with many special friends that he loved so dearly. Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Sunday, March 6, 2022 at Allegheny Baptist Church. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 PM with Pastor Dean Mullins officiating.
