Doug E. Nolte age 53 of Knoxville passed away Thursday, February 18, 2010 at VA Hospital in Johnson City, TN. Preceded in death by: Father, Benjamin Nolte; Grandparents, Ben & Sue Nolte and Thelma & Edwin Davis; Uncle, Ed Nolte. Survivors include: Mother & Stepfather, Betty & Glenn Garner of Louisville; Brother & Sister-in-law, Robert & Tina Nolte of Knoxville; Nephew, Brandon Nolte; Aunts & Uncles, Russ & Wanda Cox of Knoxville, Donna & Jerry Hardwick of Louisville, and Mike & Robin Davis of Friendsville; many cousins and friends. Family and friends will assemble for graveside service and entombment at 1:30 PM, Sunday, February 21, 2010 at Grandview Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. John Lowe officiating.
