Dorothy France Tucker

Dorothy France Tucker passed away Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Asbury Place Maryville. She was a retired school teacher with Knox County Schools. Dorothy was a member of Alpha Delta Kappa Teachers Sorority. Preceded in death by: Husband, Samuel Eddie Tucker; Parents, Ralph & Oleta France; Brothers, Bill & Wayne France; Granddaughter, Vanessa Williams. Survivors include: Sons & Daughter-in-law, Charles & Mary Tucker and Terry Tucker; Daughter & Son-in-law, Janice & Ted Williams; several grandchildren; Brothers & Sisters-in-aw, Donald & Diane France and Mike & patsy France; Sisters & Brother-in-law, Emily & "Bubba" Cates, Barbara & Percy Nellums, and Phyliss Berlin; many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will assemble for graveside service and interment at 1:00 PM, Sunday, December 23, 2012 at Axley Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Tater Wells officiating.
