Dorothy June Long

Dorothy “June” Long, age 92, of Maryville, passed away Sunday, May 01, 2016 at Asbury Place of Maryville. June was a longtime member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church and was retired as a supervisor with Standard Milling & Knitting Co. with over 40 years of service. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and friend who will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Long; parents, Jim and Bertha Leatherwood; and sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and J.D. Patty; Survived by her step-children and spouses, Andy and Debbie Long and Vickie and Larry Atchley; nieces, Jeannie Jones and Cathy Cross; June’s best friend, Barbara Donahue, and many great nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren and great grandchildren; A Celebration of June’s Life will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Mt.
