Dorothy S. Everett

Dorothy S. Everett, age 94 of Maryville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, March 29, 2024 at Liberty Assisted Living. Dorothy was a faithful servant and member of East Maryville Baptist Church for over 50 years.  She loved The Lord and her family and will be deeply missed by family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her Husband of 72 years, Jimmie Lee Everett; Parents, Blennie and Izola Smith and Brothers, Otie, John, David, and Ed Smith; Sisters-in-law, Bernice and Betty Smith.  Survivors include her Son and Daughter-in-law, Larry and Linda Everett; Daughters and Sons-in-law, Priscilla and Larry Dailey and Debbie and Mark Stinnett; 8 Grandchildren; 19 Great Grandchildren; and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren; Brothers and Sisters-in-law, Wesley Earl and Nancy Smith and Fred and Gail Smith; Sister-in-laws, Ann Smith and Denise Smith. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 02, 2024 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM in the Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Keith Johnson officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 03, 2024 at East Maryville Baptist Church Cemetery for the interment service. The family would like to extend special thanks to the Staff and Doctors of Liberty Assisted Living and Brookdale Senior Living for the loving care that was given to Dorothy.
